The HV-50 HVOF System is a controller designed according the philosophy of being reliable, functional and affordable. The HV-50 can be equipped with virtually all available HVOF processes and guns.
SAFETY, especially with HVOF, where high flows of combustible gases or fuels are used, is at the top of our list. The HV-50 is equipped with all required safety features to ensure coating operation with maximum safety. These safety features include measures such as: gas sensors, parameter safeguarding, high quality non return valves, smart software design, auto ignition, automatic powder valve (if applicable). The touch screen control panel provides clear and user friendly access to process parameters, process control, and process monitoring.
The HV-50 HVOF System consists of the following components:
- HV-50 Touch Screen Control Console (floor standing or wall mounted)
- HV-50 Electrical Module
- HV-50 Gas Control Module
- HV-50 Jam Box
- HVOF Gun* (JP-5000, JetKote, Diamond Jet, FX-5)
- FST-20C/FT Powder Feeder or PF-50 Powder Feeder
- All required hoses and cables.
