The AP-50 Plasma System offers the possibility to operate different plasma guns providing maximum operational and coating flexibility. By selecting the desired plasma gun, the AP-50 automatically sets the ignition values and operating limits. The versatile, but easy to operate control system combined with the benefits of advanced closed loop mass flow control technology, ensures high coating quality, coating consistency and repeatability of the process parameters. The AP-50 is capable of storing up to 100 spraying recipes.

The AP-50 Plasma System consists of the following components:

• AP-50 Touch Screen Control Console (floor standing or wall mounted)
• AP-50 Electrical Module
• AP-50 Gas Control Module
• AP-50 Jam Box
• PS-50 Secondary Chopped Power Supply
• Plasma Gun (optional: F4, F1, 3/7/9MB, SG-100 or any other commercially available plasma gun)
• FST-20C/FT Powder Feeder or PF-50 Powder Feeder
• All required hoses and cables
