Customer Support Employee (full-time)

Role
The Customer Support Employee is responsible for communication with customers, keeping them informed as the order progresses, and getting feedback from the customers for Trading Goods.

Main duties with respect to performing job
The Customer Support Employee is responsible for

  • Processing Orders, entry and follow up
  • Create (develop) Quotations and follow up
  • Providing support to Regional Sales Managers
  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Handling claims in regard to deliveries, complete Root Clause Analysis
  • Invoicing and correct administrative activities
  • Purchase Support
  • Logistic Support


Main qualifications and education requirements

  • MBO with relevant experience
  • Dutch, English and German languages are required
  • Experience with relevant automated systems


Preferred Skills

  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Ability to work independently as well as being part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Clear communication and computer skill
  • Accurate administrative skill
  • Flexible and adaptable personality
