We are proud to announce the successful delivery and installation of another state-of-the-art modular thermal spray system, designed specifically for the demanding standards of the aviation and industrial gas turbine industry.
A Flexible Solution for Complex Components
This latest delivery involves a highly efficient 2-station Carousel system, engineered for both HVOF and Plasma thermal spray processes. Designed to optimize both workflow and coating precision, the system offers exceptional versatility for our customer.
Key features and benefits of the new system include:
- High Load Capacity: The system is capable of securely holding and manipulating heavy parts weighing up to 250kg.
- Ultimate Precision: Each of the two tables is equipped with precision indexing and tilting capabilities, ensuring accurate, highly repeatable coating results.
- Maximum Flexibility: The dual-station setup and advanced handling make the system incredibly flexible, allowing it to process a wide variety of complex parts and components without unnecessary downtime.
Driving Aviation MRO and Gas Turbine Repair
The system has been successfully installed at TASP in the Czech Republic. TASP will utilize this advanced equipment primarily for crucial Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) tasks within the aviation industry, as well as for the specialized repair and manufacturing of gas turbine components.
TASP is finalizing the last steps of the setup and will take the new FST system into full operation during the coming weeks. We are proud to support TASP in enhancing their production capabilities and look forward to a successful continued partnership.
